Surely you must have witnessed it, the bombardment of fad diets or exampler menus in nearly every glossy magazine that lines our superette shelves. An epidemic of obesity is prevalent in today’s society i agree, but surely not every women should be exposed to constant criticism of body image issues that could indirectly force us to question ourselves. I too have been sucked into purchasing magazines or cheap diet books that ‘promise’ me ill lose 12 kilos in 3 week but its just not fesible. We have to learn to love our bodies for goodness sake, it is what we will be wearing for the rest of our lives. We must learn that its 80% diet and 20% fitness, that we wear on the outside what we put in, therefore our splotchy skin or saggy stomach has come from unhealthy choices we have constantly made in the past. So here i am proposing you to change your lifestyle. Chuck away the books, buy the magazines for receipes and puzzles but 2013 is about making healthy choices, commiting yourself to 30 minutes minimum a day exercising and learning to love youself for who you are not what the books think you should.
